Returns Policy

At Limitless Pieces we are striving to make sure all our customers are happy with their purchase. However, we understand that sometimes people can have a change of heart, due to this, we have a 14 day return policy that will start from the day the parcel is delivered.

 

We currently do not offer an exchange option, so if a customer wants to change anything that has been purchased, the customer will have to return the item and place a new order.

 

*Please note Returns are not free, the customer will have to choose the courier they would like to use to ship the package back to us, we would advise the customer to use a tracked service as we will hold no responsibility if the package has been lost in Transit.

 

Once the order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. However, the customer is able to return the item, in its original condition for a full refund.

*Please note, if upon inspection an item is stained, damaged, dirty, worn or the tags have been removed, the customer will NOT be entitled to a Refund.
